Using the ALGES framework, participants gain tools to communicate non-judgmentally, reduce stigma, and connect individuals to appropriate resources. The course also emphasizes the importance of self-care, giving you strategies to maintain your own well-being while supporting others. By the end, you’ll be equipped to act as a confident and compassionate Mental Health First Aid Essentials Participant.
