1-Day Kids Cooking Class (Ages 9–12)
A fun, hands-on cooking experience for future chefs in the making!
Come spend the day in the kitchen with us at our fun-filled kids’ cooking class! Young chefs ages 9–12 will learn essential kitchen skills, practice food safety, and whip up their own delicious creations. Each full-day session features a unique culinary theme — from our pizza-making workshop to our exciting sushi session, with more tasty themes on the way! These hands-on classes combine learning, creativity, and teamwork in a friendly, small-group environment. Space is limited to just 8 participants per session, and 12 participants if we have an additional chef available!
What Kids Will Learn:
- Safe knife handling and hygiene
- How to follow and adapt recipes from scratch
- Food prep techniques and creative meal assembly
- Baking fundamentals and working together in the kitchen
- Kitchen teamwork and clean-up skills
👨🍳 What’s on the Menu?
Kids Pizza Cooking Class – Daily Schedule
Morning Activities:
- 9:00 AM – Welcome & Kitchen Safety (plus an Icebreaker + Kitchen Safety BINGO!)
- 9:30 AM – Make Pizza Dough from Scratch
- 10:30 AM – Chop, Shred & Prep Toppings
- 10:45 AM – Snack Break: Crudité & Dip
- 11:15 AM – Shape & Roll Pizza Dough
Lunchtime Fun:
- 12:00 PM – Decorate & Assemble Pizzas
- 12:45 PM – Bake Pizzas + Decorate Pizza Boxes
- 1:15 PM – Enjoy a Pizza Lunch & Relax
Afternoon Activities:
- 2:00 PM – Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies (Team-Building Style!)
- 2:45 PM – Kitchen Clean-Up, Class Recap, & Future Chef Awards
🎁 Each Child Takes Home:
- Each child will take home any remaining treats they prepared but did not consume during the class
- Recipe booklet
- Future Chef Certificate
