Discounted course rates are available exclusively to current students of Fanshawe College. Students must register and present a valid student ID on the day of training. All trainings are held at London Training Centre | 317 Adelaide St. S. (Unit 110) London Ontario N5Z 3L3
If a valid student ID is not provided at check-in, participants will be required to pay the full public course fee. These special rates are reserved for current Fanshawe students only and are non-transferable.
If you need to reschedule your training, please contact our office in advance. A $15 administrative fee will apply to all rescheduling requests. Refund requests are subject to a $5 administration fee.

Safe Food Handling (Food Handler Certification) | $55
1-day course in-person
Learn safe food preparation, hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and public health requirements for food service work. The test is 50 Questions, and you require 70% to pass the provincial level test. You are allowed 1 free re-write if unsuccessful on your first attempt.

Blended Standard First Aid & CPR/AED | $135
6 hours online + 1 day in-person
Complete theory at your own pace online, then attend a hands-on classroom session to practice and test skills. Covers CPR, AED, choking, injuries, and emergency response. You will receive an email confirming registration & an email from the Canadian Red Cross to access your online training portion.

2-Day Standard First Aid & CPR/AED | $140
2-day in-person course
Interactive, hands-on training to confidently respond to medical emergencies, injuries, and life-threatening situations at home, school, or work. You will receive an email confirming your registration. No online pre course work as training is all in-person for the 2 days.

Mental Health Commission of Canada Mental Health First Aid – Essentials | $150
1-day introductory course in-person
Learn to recognize mental health and substance use challenges, start supportive conversations, and connect others to help. You will receive an email from Opening Minds a week prior to the course, with access to the reference guide. No online pre-course work.

Smart Serve Ontario (Alcohol Service Certification) | $90
6 hours in-person training + proctored final test
Required certification for anyone who sells, serves, or handles alcohol in Ontario. Learn responsible alcohol service, legal requirements, intoxication prevention, and how to keep guests and workplaces safe. After the in-person training, you will receive a test token to do the proctored test at home. You will have 2 attempts and require 80% to pass.

Online learning + 1 day in-person
Build practical skills to support individuals experiencing stress, crisis, or trauma. Complete foundational concepts online, then attend an interactive classroom session to practice active listening, supportive communication, and connecting people to helpful resources. Ideal for volunteers, frontline workers, and community helpers.
